+ The Principal Investigator for Archaelogical Consultants of the Pacific Inc. is Joseph Kennedy.

This position coordinates research design and execution of all aspects of a project including field work archival research and report production.

Kennedy is a past President of the Society for Hawaiian Archaeology, a former Principal Humanities Scholar for the California Council on the Humanities, has served as Editor for two journals and has been a visiting archaeological scholar in Egypt and Guatemala.

He has authored a book and a number of professional articles on Hawaiian Archaeology in publications such as Natural History, Scientific American’s Discovering Archaeology, Perspectives in Biology and Medicine. The Hawaii Architectural Journal, Archaeology, and Geoarchaeology.
